ダイビングという共通の趣味を持つ窪田さんと錦織さん。
何度か旅行で訪れていた沖縄で次第に膨らむ夢、それは「ダイビングとカフェを併設したお店をオープンさせること。」でした。
そんな二人が意を決し、沖縄移住して立ち上げたカフェがここ「Cafe Blue」です。
パティシエとして10年以上の経験を持つ錦織さんと、コーヒー・紅茶の知識が豊富な窪田さん。二人の腕前が確かなのは、美味しそうにケーキを食べるお客さんの笑顔を見れば一目瞭然！材料にこだわりをもって作るケーキと、一杯一杯を手で丁寧に淹れるコーヒー。
お昼時に一面に広がる真っ青な海、夕暮れ時に沈みゆく美しい夕日は時間も忘れるほど。
テーマカラーは「青い海と白い砂浜」をイメージした青と白。リメイクされた長イスやメニューボードも爽やかなコントラストで素敵。
お客様からは「Cafe Blueに似合うから!!」と青に関する物をもらうこともしばしば。
店内に飾られている絵本やお花もお客様からの頂き物なのだとか。
Cafe Blueでは毎週土日にしか味わえない限定ケーキがあります！そのケーキに逢えるのは土日の二日間だけ。そんな限定ケーキのレパートリーは既に100種類を超え、次の週には違うケーキの誕生です。土日の二日間しか味わえない味を是非☆
Cafe Blueのケーキは材料にもこだわっています。
沖縄の生クリームは少しだけ濃いとの事で、東京から仕入れた生クリームと数種類の生クリームをブレンドし、Cafe Blueオリジナル生クリームが誕生しました。ココアも粉から練り始め、チョコレート状にして生クリームとブレンドします。全てがCafe Blueのオリジナル！
季節ごとに定番のケーキも入れ替わり、現在は秋の定番商品「レザン（グレープムースケーキ）」になりました。冬のメニュー「マロントルテ」は11月ごろお目見えだそうです。新鮮なフルーツはその足で北部まで探しに行っているからこそ。
目の前は海、そして青と白を基調とした店内に「ダイビングショップと思って入らなかった」というお客様が多いそう。
それだけダイビングのイメージが強いのかもしれません。店内にもダイビングに関係した小物たちがチラホラと。なんとお二人はダイビングインストラクターでもあるのです！
Cafe Blue定休日はもちろん、Cafe Blue営業日でも受講することができます。各種割引もありCカード取得コースも用意しています。
